As a Sales Associate in the Infrastructure, Energy & Materials (IE&M) team, you will be joining one of Dassault Systèmes’ premier strategic accounts in the IE&M Industry for Customer Solutions Experience (CSE). The large nuclear client is a key strategic account and partner for Dassault Systèmes’ and we are working at the forefront of our technology with them. It is therefore a high profile and fast moving account with numerous threads of activity in flight, in parallel at any given time.

Length: Permanent (initial 12 months will align with our Graduate Program)

Program Overview: While you will be hired into a permanent position, the initial 12 months will align with our Graduate Program, offering you an exciting opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and customers on specific projects across a wide range of industries and product brands. This experience will help you broaden your horizons, get up to speed, and learn from our inspiring talent! 

 Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Building a good understanding of Dassault Systèmes as a company, its history, ethos and strategy; developing a good understanding of the 3EXPERIENCE Platform and familiarizing yourself with 3DEXPERIENCE IE&M Industry Solution Experiences and associated bench demonstrations and completing necessary trainings
  • Supporting Sales and Commercial initiatives at the client working closely with the account Client Solutions Executives to build compelling and transformational business value propositions based on our 3DEXPERIENCE platform
  • Work with a small team of Sales Specialists, collaborate to meet our revenue ambitions
  • Support the execution of the IE&M strategy in EURONORTH
  • Support the IE&M Sales Director to assess market opportunities, evaluate the competitive landscape and refine the strategy
  • Support the existing client executives in maturing opportunities on accounts such as within the nuclear and renewables ecosystems

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor degree qualification in Engineering or related Science fields preferred, with maximum 18 months of work experience. Strong functional use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate passion and a keen interest in Sales and Business Development
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness with the ability to communicate with passion
  • Able to work in an agile environment within a culturally diverse and matrixed organization 
  • Comfortable delivering on key business targets (Pipeline, Sales etc) with competing deadlines; utilizing a growth mindset able to resolve issues, and a target oriented individual who is resilient and driven by hitting/exceeding targets
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written) will be accompanied by sound negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and cultivate internal and external relationships, being confident and comfortable engaging with/ presenting to a variety of internal and external stakeholders on complex topics, ensuring content is easily digestible is key
