As a LATAM License Compliance Intern you will gain exposure and assist with a wide array of activities and initiatives designed to improve support efficiency within the Dassault Systèmes Latin American team.

Intern responsibilities:

· Support the license compliance team in activities against illegal use of Software

· Support for the LC initiatives and campaigns.

· Investigate license compliance cases and validate the information through different analysis and research tools.

· Maintaining and updating dashboards to monitor business performance.

· Supporting the creation of presentations with insights and relevant analyses.

Responsabilidades do estagiário

· Apoiar a equipe de conformidade de licenças em atividades contra o uso ilegal de Software

· Apoio às iniciativas e campanhas do time.

· Investigar casos de conformidade de licenças e valiar as informações por meio de diferentes ferramentas de análise e pesquisa

· Manter e aprimorar dashboards e relatórios para monitoramento do desempenho do negócio.

· Apoiar a criação de apresentações, com insights e análises relevantes.

Qualifications

· Actively enrolled in college for IT, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

· Ability to work independently and/or within a collaborative team structure

· Possesses new technology curiosity and passion to learn.

· Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English is a must

· Spanish is preferred

· motivation, commitment, responsibility, self-management, teamwork, and desire to learn to interact with companies in a challenging environment

Qualificações

· Graduação em andamento na área de TI, Administração ou áreas similares.

· Proficiência em Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint e Outlook)

· Habilidade para trabalhar de forma independente e/ou dentro de uma estrutura de equipe colaborativa

· Curiosidade sobre novas tecnologias e paixão pelo aprendizado.

· Necessário sólidas habilidades de comunicação em inglês, tanto falado quanto escrito.

· Preferencialmente, também possuir espanhol.

· Motivação, comprometimento, responsabilidade, autogerenciamento, trabalho em equipe, desejo de aprender a interagir com empresas em um ambiente desafiador.
