Your mission
Support our sales performance in the Middle East area and specifically in Saudi Arabia, throughout our consultative selling framework, the 'VALUE ENGAGEMENT', by providing valuable advice and guidance to our clients, allowing them to transform their business with our portfolio of offers, and reach their objectives with a clear value realization roadmap and a robust business case.
Focus is set on (but not limited to) capital intensive projects in Saudi Arabia, including urbanism, master planning, architecture, engineering, construction, supply chain, energy management and more.
Your role
- Establish 3DS credibility with executives to drive full value achievement of their business transformation by effectively leveraging their people, processes and 3DS solutions
- As a trusted advisor, influence decision makers within our customer’s ecosystem
- Be leader for the techsales team, supporting the sales team
- Reveal the value by identifying Business Drivers, Objectives and expected Benefits and their value indicators (Key Value Indicators)
- Articulate this value by defining main customer’s Business Changes, and identifying the impacted processes to achieve Objectives Define the performance indicators (KPIs) and their targets for these processes. Build a business case for the proposed initiatives
- Build a Value Realization Roadmap
- Define the way to capture and expose KPIs, and initialize monitoring of the value
- Capitalize on the realized value, KPIs and KVIs
Qualifications
- Saudi national only
- Engineering and/or Business master degree
- Min. 10 years experience in various industries such as Territory development, Energies, Construction, Architecture and Engineering...
- Min. 3 years in consulting, working for a Consulting firm or a Solution Integrator or a Software company
- Consultative selling experience is a plus
- Result and value driven
- Analytical mind, organized, synthetic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Leadership skills to drive opportunities and federate teams
- Team player to collaborate with Sales, Techsales, Services, R&D... teams
- Familiar with IT/IS strategies and business transformation programs
- Background with ERP, PLM, CAD, SIMULATION, Manufacturing solutions is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English
