Client Executive for T&M industry,North

T&M team is in need of a Client Executive to develop T&M business in North CHINA and increase 3DS penetration and revenue growth on a mid and long term basis.
Role Description & Responsibilities
In order to support the growth of Dassault Systèmes, your responsibilities include the following:
- Support the sales expert Management in the context of the definition of the Geo Strategy and the realization of the sales planning (selection of Client To target using Value Path & Geo Sales initiatives)
- Identify key customer challenges and drivers to transformation that could be solved with 3DS solutions.
- Define and update when needed the Client Strategy in the CRM My Client Engagement
- Sell on value through assigned offers from Industry and Brand Portfolio within a defined territory.
- Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS sales referential while leveraging DS Platform as a communication channel both internally and externally.
- Provide Leadership around VALUE ENGAGEMENT, enabling connection of framework and consultative value selling engagement
- Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business intimacy between 3DS and customer.
- Orchestrate 3DS teams and/or C&SI as appropriate to lead the execution of the Client strategy to create leads then growth opportunities
- Provide an accurate forecast on 5 rolling quarters and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
- Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards
- Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned (including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, Loss reviews)
- Manage 3DS and Client ecosystems all along the customer experience to ensure global satisfaction
- Use and fulfill DS CRM My Client Engagement according the corporate guidance, making sure that data are up to date.
- Act as the community manager for communities animated through DS Platform.
- Follow Sales certification programs
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree required, engineering degree in 211/985 colleges is preferred
· Having proven track record of sales performance and/or industrial software knowledge/solutions to large accounts especially auto OEMs, tier 1 suppliers
· Strong knowledge in Auto industry and willing to challenge new things
· Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin and English
· Willing to travel around the China East and Shanghai based
· Ambitious and resilient, don’t give up easily
· Open and cooperative with different people and/or teams;
