Skills Required:

·       Experience Range: 8 to 12 years

·       Strong background and experience in managing License Compliance /Anti-Piracy/SAM activities and sales.

·       Experience in License Compliance or a role that required a focus on analytical and investigative activities as well as negotiation experience with customers

·       Both audit and direct Sales experience preferred

·       Experience in cross-functional communication preferred

·       Experience in managing strategic engagements.

·       Experience in managing legal activities including settlement agreements and enforcement a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a part of India License Compliance team, this person will be responsible to manage the License Compliance activities in the Indian market with a mission to protect 3DS IPR and revenue whilst/ at the same time protecting the relationship with the customer by finding mutual agreement to resolve the matter.

• Mange & Lead customer engagements.
• Work with the LC team and the Channel teams in support of the objectives of the Program.
• Work closely with the internal & external agencies as required.
• Drive Legalization revenue set by WW LC/ India Leadership organization.
• Work closely with the business to ensure that compliance leads and opportunities are entered into and maintained in the LC portal on a regular basis.
• Strengthen DS Ecosystem (Channels / VARs) to participate in LC drive and to work for generating awareness of LC process & framework to be followed by them.
• Monitor Deviations and bring to notice for corrective measure

Able to make compelling presentations and business case to help customer understand value of using/deploying licensed software and associated legal risks of using non-compliant software.
