This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in MES, SQL/PLSQL, and functional consulting while collaborating with teams that are redefining manufacturing excellence.

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Deliver functional consultancy for MES / Manufacturing ERP implementations
  • Gather and analyze requirements, contribute to design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Interpret ERP Functional Design Documents and provide value-driven insights
  • Conduct AS-IS/TO-BE gap analysis with SMEs, plant users, and stakeholders
  • Design and develop SQL and PLSQL scripts to meet custom requirements
  • Build custom SAP Crystal Reports to support real-time business decisions
  • Collaborate with MES integrators and architects to shape customer-specific solutions
  • Prepare detailed documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
  • Perform rigorous testing to ensure quality, performance, and compatibility
  • Document requirements not captured in the Functional Requirement Document
  • Follow Agile methodologies for continuous delivery and process improvement
  • Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in manufacturing and ERP systems
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs
  • B.Tech/B.E. in IT, Mechanical, or any related specialization
  • 4–5 years of MES / Manufacturing ERP functional consulting experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PLSQL scripting
  • Familiarity with MES, WMS, and Oracle Database technologies
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and operational bottlenecks
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and technology adaptation
  • Experience with SAP Crystal Reports
  • Exposure to Spreadsheet Server tools
  • Hands-on experience in data load and migration
  • Experience in injection molding industry will be a bonus
