Rôle et responsabilités :

Rejoignez ITEROP, la plateforme agile d’automatisation des processus métiers de Dassault Systèmes, et accompagnez nos clients dans leur transformation numérique grâce à des workflows intelligents, des solutions low-code évolutives, et un environnement Cloud souverain (Outscale).

En tant que Chargé.e de développement solution BPM, vous agirez comme un.e partenaire stratégique des équipes commerciales internes et partenaires. Vous combinerez vos compétences en vente, votre curiosité et votre approche fonctionnelle pour co-construire des projets de digitalisation à forte valeur ajoutée.

Accompagner et former les équipes commerciales sur la valeur des offres ITEROP, dans un objectif d’alignement stratégique et d'efficacité.

Participer aux échanges avec les clients pour bien comprendre leurs enjeux et proposer des solutions adaptées.

Animer des ateliers de cadrage, construire des démonstrations et contribuer à la préparation des propositions commerciales.

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes consulting, R&D et marketing pour affiner les messages et renforcer l’impact des projets.

Intervenir ponctuellement sur des opportunités stratégiques afin de rester au plus près du terrain.

Role & responsibilities:

Join ITEROP, Dassault Systèmes’ agile business process automation platform, and support our clients in their digital transformation journey with scalable low-code solutions, intelligent workflows, and a sovereign Cloud environment (OUTSCALE).

As a BPM Solutions Development Specialist, you’ll act as a strategic partner to internal and partner sales teams. Your mix of business acumen, curiosity, and functional mindset will help co-create high-value digitalization projects across industries.

  • Enable and coach sales teams on ITEROP’s value proposition to ensure strategic alignment and performance.

  • Participate in client meetings to understand business challenges and shape tailored process automation solutions.

  • Lead scoping workshops, build impactful demos, and contribute to proposal preparation, including RFI/RFP responses.

  • Collaborate closely with consulting, R&D, and marketing teams to fine-tune messaging and strengthen value delivery.

  • Stay connected to the field by supporting key strategic opportunities and maintaining market relevance.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, ingénierie, technologies de l’information ou domaine connexe.
  • 4 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire : prévente, conseil en transformation numérique, vente de solutions logicielles ou SaaS.
  • Intérêt marqué pour l’optimisation des processus et l’innovation technologique.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en vulgarisation, avec un fort sens de l’écoute.
  • Aisance dans un environnement hybride, international et en constante évolution.
  • Maîtrise du français ; l’anglais est un atout.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 4–5 years of experience in a similar role: presales, digital transformation consulting, or enterprise SaaS sales.

  • Strong interest in process optimization and technological innovation.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a strong sense of client empathy.

  • Comfortable navigating a hybrid, international, and fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in English is required; French is a plus.

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range is between $100,000 and $120,000, including base salary and target bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

At Dassault Systèmes, permanent employees get group benefits from their first day of employment. The basic plan is 100% employer paid and includes $750 in annual flexible credits that can be allocated towards a Health Spending Account, Wellness Account or a Retirement Savings Plan. Additional coverage through an enhanced health and dental plan or optional life insurance is also available. Employees can also take advantage of our Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) to which the company will contribute up to 5% of their basic salary.
