Role Description & Responsibilities

Our Dassault Systemes SOLIDWORKS Alliances team is looking for an INTERN to join the team.  This paid internship is 100% in person and is based in the Dassault Systèmes Waltham, MA office.

At the heart of the Alliances Program are its information systems, which support prospective partners' access to program resources and benefits as they progress in their partnership with SOLIDWORKS. Administering quality measures across these systems is essential to the overall operation, as is executing program administrative transactions to secure and maintain successful partner relations.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

·       Order branded marketing items for distribution with the members of the SOLIDWORKS Solution Partner Program

·       Keep inventory of the items belonging to the Partner Program

·       Helping with work streams pertinent to the Partner Program

·       Updating the Partner Program Certified Products Brochure

·       Direct marketing campaigns for welcoming new members of the Program

·       Help with membership building in the Partner Program Community

·       Keeping updated the database with verified information provided by the Partner Program Members

·       Assisting with a license data verification project, sending emails to Partners to gather additional information

·       Work on increasingly challenging and engaging real-world projects

Qualifications

·       Business or Marketing Communications Major, MBA or Marketing Masters

·       Actively enrolled in a degree program at a college or university for the duration of the internship or recently graduated.

·       Functional, solid use and experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and PowerPoint function

·       Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

In addition to working with your direct team, as a member of Dassault Systemes NAM Intern Program you will be invited to our Speaker Series, Lunch and Learns, Networking Events and all employee functions.
