Software Compliance Engineer
In our APAC IT organization, we are looking for a motivated Compliance Engineer who will be technically spearheading the SCCM, Forescout (SNA) and EDR domain.
This role will teach and help grow project management skills along with technical abilities, ability to work autonomously and learn new technologies and make changes to process and procedures to improve the on Security of IT endpoint devices and servers.
Your base location will be Dassault Systemes Pune campus in India and you will work closely with a geographically distributed team across the continents.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
· Project Management Skills:
o Managing the expectations of IT and business stakeholders, Participating and delivering various critical IT projects, Managing SLA and improve user satisfaction
o Analyze / track help automate data from various dashboard, reports on KPI metrics related to Security agents, patch status, vulnerabilities globally
o Integrate, certify, and coordinate the workstations of companies acquired by Dassault System’s into environment, Work with IT path team to integrate new acquisitions
o Work and engage with global teams both on IT and Business side to make modifications to Process / help them follow security governance
o Keep monitoring the IT Infrastructure performances and proactively intimate the management if there is any upgrade/replacement required, Unsupported OS management.
o Work with Software asset management team to help improve the licensing structure / software structure catalogues / vulnerabilities related to them
o Maintain all relevant IT documentation on day-to-day basis
o Quick understanding of the IT infrastructure, various process & policies and tools and being aligned, focusing on continuous IT delivery in complex IT environment.
o Being able to support or redirect information to Local support teams for smoother implementation with user thus improving user experience
· Technical Abilities:
o Administer, operate and industrialize SCCM, EDR and SNA Infrastructures projects and make sure that the global standards are defined and implemented.
o Ensure the compliance of workstations: deployment of security patches, good functional level of antivirus clients and their patterns
o Explore and integrate new technologies, transitioning operations from traditional administration and deployment to infrastructure as application leveraging automation/configuration management technologies
o Help the automation team with feedback on analyses done globally to redirect their priority to improve compliance of the endpoint as needed
o Own the L3 ticket pools and make sure that defined Pool SLAs are met
Qualifications:
· B. Tech / B.E (CS / IT / E&TC) from premier institutions with good academic track records.
· Overall Industry experience of 6-7 years in the Endpoint Management in relation to compliance and security.
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on managing anyone of the technology like SCCM, EDR and SNA infrastructure.
· Good hands-on experience in troubleshooting issues around windows environment.
· Understanding Windows patching model and software patching in relation to security
· PowerShell, Ansible, Python, rest API etc. will be an added advantage
· Must have Soft Skill
o Experience in working in an international team
o Experience on an SLA oriented ticketing tool
o Strong Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot or get things done.
o Adaptability, ability to learn faster, independent, responsible and diligent.
o Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
o Excellent written & verbal communication skills and analytical skills
o Achieves performance goals and objectives in line with the team strategy.
· An Evangelist in terms of cyber security and its latest happenings around the globe
