1. Job Searching & Application
Take some time to reflect on your preferences and gain insight into the work environment at Dassault Systèmes. We regularly share videos showcasing a day in the life of our people on our careers social media platforms, along with other valuable content about our teams.
Visit the "All jobs" section to identify the job postings that pique your interest the most. Make sure that you have a profile matching the job requirements, but don’t stop yourself from applying if you don’t tick all the boxes! Before submitting your application, also make sure that your resume is up to date and relevant to the job requisition. By clicking on "Apply," you will be prompted to create an account and follow the necessary steps to submit your application.
2. Recruiter Interview
After submitting your application and if your profile matches with the job requirements, you will meet-up with a Talent Acquisition Partner to confirm the cultural and values matching between you and Dassault Systèmes in addition to a human and competency-based interview. To perform well in this interview, it's essential to familiarize yourself with Dassault Systèmes before the interviews. Additionally, feel free to raise any questions or seek further clarification needed on the job, environment or Dassault Systèmes.
3. Manager Interview
You will also meet your potential future manager. This interview will be more specific and delve into the details of your technical and soft skills. Please note that there’s no fixed interview order, and that you might have additional interviews with other stakeholders depending on the job you are applying for (peers, management, people team…). Feel free to ask any questions that you might have regarding the job, the team, required skills, work environment, and more!
4. Assessments
Depending on the position you’re applying for, you might have to pass an English test, cognitive test, and/or a coding assessment.
5. Offer & Onboarding
If you’re the right fit for the job, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will contact you with an offer. Once you have accepted the offer, our onboarding team will be excited to ensure your smooth transition and welcome you in the best possible way! Know that even if you're not selected, you still become part of our talent community.
