Recruitment Process
The selection criteria may differ depending on your level of experience and area of expertise. All employees need to share our values: a sense of community, willingness to inspire people to show the dream is possible, be a game-changer and be passionate about learning. Working in an international, cross-cultural environment also requires proficiency in English.
At Dassault Systèmes, we offer internships, apprenticeships, VIE (international internship programs), short term and permanent positions all along the year. Open positions are available on our Career website and through our various social media and jobboards. Please note that we do not accept unsollicited applications.
The selection criteria may differ depending on your level of experience and area of expertise. After an initial screening by a recruiter, you will be contacted if your profile matches a job opening.
You will have a first interview with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager. Additional interviews with other stakeholders may be necessary.
- For non-English native candidates, an English test might be required.
- For developers or technical roles, a coding test might be required.
After submitting your application, you will systematically receive a thank you note and confirmation email on the email address used to apply. Each application is reviewed by the recruitment team. Getting back to you might take some time depending on the job complexity, the number of applications received, or agenda constraints. You can check your application status at any time via your candidate page.
Dassault Systèmes offices are located worldwide. You can find them all here. At Dassault Systèmes, we firmly believe that the creative and development processes are optimized through team collaboration at our sites. We have also implemented a flexible work arrangement for all our employees.
You can apply to several positions at the same time. Once you've created your candidate profile, you can apply to all the jobs matching your profile, without having to answer additional questions or fill in the same information several times.
Each application is reviewed individually.

Reaching out to our Recruitment team is not possible before they contact you for the first time for a call or an interview.
However, you can meet some of our recruitment teams at job fairs.
Aside from local legal requirements regarding foreign workers, Dassault Systèmes does not impose any additional requirements.

Dassault Systèmes employees have access to an extremely advantageous leave policy. They benefit from different types of leave: paid leave, seniority leave, maternity leave, parental leave, and company holidays. The types of leave may vary depending on your employment category and your status (apprentice, intern, executive, non-executive, senior executive or expatriate). Certain types of leave can also be deferred and/or transferred to the Time Savings Account for employees on permanent contracts. Please note that each site enjoys benefits tailored to the applicable laws of the respective country.

For us, effective onboarding is key. We provide engaging onboarding experiences to allow newbies to familiarize themselves with our unique work environment and culture, along with extensive upskilling opportunities.
Every year, we host more than 1,000 students all over the world through internships, apprenticeships and work-study placements. One-third of our recruitment focuses on junior hiring. We also propose dedicated junior programs such as VIE (international internship programs) and graduate programs. We proactively support juniors to prepare them for the workforce of the future.
