Teams Overview
At Dassault Systèmes, our legal teams are dedicated to serving the entire company, encompassing all organizations and teams. Our services are responsible for contract negotiations with partners or clients of any kind, managing the legal risks associated with Dassault Systèmes' operations in all countries where we operate, defining the legal terms and conditions for our activities and development (new offerings), protecting intellectual property, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
We have extensive expertise in areas such as Business Law (contract law, corporate law, and securities law), Intellectual Property (patents and trademarks, new technologies, anti-piracy measures), Competition Law, Anti-corruption measures, and Privacy Law. We also provide guidance on best legal practices to help our teams navigate complex and multicultural legal environments.
My role within the legal department is to provide quality legal services to the Dassault Systèmes entities in the Americas, with a focus on corporate matters. Such matters include from negotiation of non-disclosure agreements, corporate agreements and assistance with governance matters, to procurement agreements, classification of employees, independent contractors, and agency resources, legal support for litigation matter and legal support for the Dassault Systèmes US Foundation.
