Teams Overview
Our Finance & Business Administration organization is composed of a set of specialized teams covering various areas of finance (financial modeling and planning, internal control, auditing, taxation, treasury & financing, consolidation, accounting, sustainable finance, etc.), procurement, merger and acquisition operations, sales administration, and pricing.
Our common goal is to support the Group's teams by providing them with strategic guidance and recommendations to achieve our growth and profitability objectives while ensuring the sustainability of our organization.

I am Necula Elena, a Deal Value Engineer at Dassault Systèmes.
I am part of EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Value Engineering & Pricing team working in close partnership with our customers, sales and corporate functions in the structuring, negotiation and approval of complex business opportunities.
My role is to support sales teams in the successful winning of high profile and high volume opportunities, from customers’ needs understating until signing of the commercial agreement and closing the deal.
My main missions are to provide guidance for structuring the deals, to attend to business negotiations and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Revenue Recognition, Taxes, Finance, R&D, etc) to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure. You may have heard of this role more commonly called Deal Desk Manager or Commercial Advisor or Commercial Proposal Architect.
As a QA contract specialist, my role involves heavily on reviewing contractual agreements between company and customers. We will validate all contracts making sure they meet Company's policy & ensure there is no liability to the Company before we release the contracts for signing. What I love about my role? The team work, the flexibility, the work-life balance and the expectations that have been set clearly from the Manager (of whom I called a Leader) which makes everyone work in a single mission as a team and reaching to the same goal, every single time.
