The Infrastructure, Energy & Materials (IE&M) Industry team is in charge of defining, building and promoting innovative solutions and virtual experiences to support Dassault Systèmes customers in their digital transformation and in achieving their objectives of performance and sustainability.

Your Missions

Know & understand the landscape, use market data, combined with customer experiences to guarantee the best targeting possible and the best portfolio of industry solution experiences to enable the highest transformation rate for our customer engagement on the field. Engage on value, deliver on value. Position the Platform as the channel to engage, to deliver our solutions, to create our value network and interact with it. Capitalize from it in the development of our portfolio.

 

·         Support our clients' projects/initiatives and capitalize on business processes.

·         Defines, owns and manages Industry Solution Experiences and associated industry processes with R&D BRAND Portfolio, based on industry trends and capitalized knowledge from customer cases.

·         Identifies and justifies solution success factors, aligned with the industry strategy, to trigger Make/Buy/Partner decisions.

·         You will work closely with our consultants providing your technical expertise. You will also be required to work in synergy with the R&D, sales, pre-sales and deployment teams.

·         Is responsible for delivering sales kit and certification program for sales channel enablement.

·         Engages with customers and supports GEO teams for the MUST accounts primarily.

·         Reveal the 3DEXPERIENCE and 3DS solutions value during “VALUE ASSESSMENT” phase by identifying Business Drivers, Objectives and expected Benefits, and their value indicators (Key Value Indicators).

·         Articulate the value during “VALUE DEFINITION” by defining customer’s Business Changes, and identifying the impacted processes to achieve Objectives. Define the performance indicators (KPIs) and their targets for these processes. Build a business case for the proposed initiatives.

·         Actively contribute to industry business consultant communities.

Your qualifications

·         You are an engineer (or university diploma) with experience (minimum 8 years) which has allowed you to acquire a lot of knowledge in the infrastructure, energy and process industries, and its needs for digital transformation.

·         Experience in business consulting and consultative selling with a focus on business transformation and change management, linking operating models, business models and digital solutions.

·         Good knowledge of the 3DS portfolio and offer and more specifically of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

·         Experience with DELMIA, ENOVIA and NETVIBES solutions.

·         Monitoring developments in area of expertise: Search for improvements and present innovative solutions, creativity and alternative thinking to develop new technologies, methods or ideas for and answers to work-related problems.

·         Fluent French, English (spoken and written) imperative
