BPM Solutions Development Specialist
Role & responsibilities:
Join ITEROP, Dassault Systèmes’ agile business process automation platform, and support our clients in their digital transformation journey with scalable low-code solutions, intelligent workflows, and a sovereign Cloud environment (OUTSCALE).
As a BPM Solutions Development Specialist, you’ll act as a strategic partner to internal and partner sales teams. Your mix of business acumen, curiosity, and functional mindset will help co-create high-value digitalization projects across industries.

Enable and coach sales teams on ITEROP’s value proposition to ensure strategic alignment and performance.

Participate in client meetings to understand business challenges and shape tailored process automation solutions.

Lead scoping workshops, build impactful demos, and contribute to proposal preparation, including RFI/RFP responses.

Collaborate closely with consulting, R&D, and marketing teams to fine-tune messaging and strengthen value delivery.

Stay connected to the field by supporting key strategic opportunities and maintaining market relevance.
Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

4–5 years of experience in a similar role: presales, digital transformation consulting, or enterprise SaaS sales.

Strong interest in process optimization and technological innovation.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a strong sense of client empathy.

Comfortable navigating a hybrid, international, and fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English is required; French is a plus.

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range is between $182,000 and $220,000, including base salary and target bonus.
