- Understanding DS products and offerings to determine nature of infringement and how to settle infringement,
- Driving direct engagement with infringers and customers on compliance actions where a Direct Engagement is optimal, with tailored strategies and methods for negotiating resolution to unauthorized use of DS software,
- Engaging infringing parties with well-prepared evidence and negotiate settlements that include past use and sell licensing if needed going forward,
- Monitoring, controling, and coordinating activities amongst Investigation Firms, Audit Firms, and Law Firms in compliance-related actions in Japan,

DS Product Knowledge including Licensing/Contracts a plus
Experience in legal activities including settlement agreements and enforcement a plus
Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, or Certified IT Asset Management Consultant preferred
Bookkeeping Level 2 or above, or Certified Public Accountant of any countries a plus
