Role Description & Responsibilities 

  • Support testing at all stages, from patch updates to major feature releases.
  • Help prioritize and carry out test cases, analyze results, identify issues, and report defects with detailed information.
  • Contribute to product development activities, including documentation, test automation, and performance and scalability tasks, as needed by the team lead.
  • Assist in maintaining product quality throughout the development process, from requirement specifications to the final release.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent Maths, Science or Engineering degree.
  • Passionate about improving software quality and interested in test automation.
  • Equipped with knowledge of software development principles & software testing principles
  • Great analytical thinker while being naturally curious with the way software works and doesn’t work.
  • Basic coding skills such as Python or Java and an understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts (bonus points)
  • Basic Web Development/Testing with JS or Typescript (bonus points)
  • Possess effective oral and written English communication skills.
  • 6 months availability
