Role Description & Responsibilities:

The Growth Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for developing a clear vision, growth plans and marketing program strategies, for prescribed industries, topics and client segments that engage our current client base and drive market expansion to achieve business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with multiple people including client execs, industry leaders & SME’s to develop appropriate program strategy
  • Establish program objectives & KPIs based industry/topic maturity, messaging & audience
  • Work with Campaign Managers to determine appropriate mix of tactics, messaging & channels to achieve program objectives
  • Regularly review program performance & make course corrections as necessary for optimization
  • Analyze trends, topics and tipping points to develop marketing programs for given industry segments/topic areas
  • Business results and overall budget management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
  • 6+ years’ of experience in marketing or marketing communications for tech related companies
  • Excellent analytical, data analysis capabilities and project/program management skills
  • Ability to challenge existing assumptions, experiment and develop innovative strategies and solutions
  • Must have strong initiative, adaptability and focused attention to detail 

 Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $114,000-134,500 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
