As a Industry Process Consultant you will collaborate with the sales department or distributors on the products and solutions for which you are responsible, and support proposals to customers from a technical perspective.
As one of Dassault Systèmes' representatives, you will be responsible for communicating our values and supporting innovation in the manufacturing industry, not only from a technical perspective!

  • The role will be responsible for providing technical validation of products and solutions.
  • The role of the Dassault Systemes representative is to support the innovation of the manufacturing industry by communicating the value of Dassault Systemes as well as the technical aspects of the products and solutions for which he/she is responsible.
  • Planning and implementation of seminars, etc., and promotion of solutions to new customers
  • Propose solutions to customers and distributors to solve their problems and to reform their processes.
  • Provide technical and project support activities to improve customer satisfaction during and after product introduction. Also, communicating customer requests to the R&D department at the head office and other departments.

New graduates who join Dassault Systèmes are required to participate in a 9-month training program to learn not only the business skills and customs required for working adults, but also the values and practices of Dassault Systèmes,
They also learn about Dassault Systèmes' values, culture, and brands.
In addition, through on-the-job training in which they participate in various types of business projects within the company, they learn how to network with members in Japan and overseas and how to proceed with projects.

【Requirements】
Graduated or will graduate from a 4-year university or graduate school in Japan or abroad.
Applicants must be able to join the company in April 2025.
Japanese business level or above (will be the main language for daily work)
Daily conversational level of English (reading, writing, and simple conversation)
Able to communicate with others while working on tasks.
Able to accept various cultures and be willing to take on new challenges.
Experience of less than 24 months.
