Role Description & Responsibilities


As a Financial Analyst – LatAm FP&A, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Finance Director in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Uploading budget, sales plan, and forecast information into the Budgeting and Forecasting (B&F) system.
- Communicating Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) policies and guidelines to relevant areas.

- Review revenue-related KPIs and sales plans variances
- Analyzing financial OPEX performance indicators, reviewing variances against targets, and collaborating with departments to close performance gaps.
- Collecting and consolidating actuals versus budgets across departments and supporting the preparation of management dashboards.
- Strengthening synergy and communication with other departments and external accounting firms.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Experience


- A maximum of 4–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field.

Work Environment


This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo, Brazil, offering flexibility to work both remotely and onsite.
