We are hiring a Data Analyst and Data Scientist to join our Worldwide Sales Business Administration team! Are you looking to flourish in an innovative and dynamic environment where you constantly learn to solve new business challenges and work on projects and problems that have never been encountered before? Are you passionate about building business relationships to support a developing inside sales and online business to achieve its goals and revenue targets? We have an exciting role to join our Sales Business Administration and Operations team in Barcelona Spain where you will work directly with the Global Inside Sales team to provide Data Analysis as well as assistance and sales transaction support for all customer engagements.

Your Missions

Summarise sales data and insights using dashboards and intelligence gathered across the business
Development and support of business critical data models necessary for supporting the Business Development Hub Inside Sales and Sales Operations functions
Reveal hidden data value and assist operational teams through to senior management with discovery analytics, predictions and recommendations
Document and deliver data summary, comprehensive insights and business intelligence necessary to support the growth of the Business Development Hub organization.
Support sales territory assignment and monitor client growth, license usage, license activation
Monitor ongoing renewals with sales team and customers to ensure these are managed on time
Support the booking of all software revenue and ensure no orders or renewals are missed

Your qualification

Strong mathematics and statistics education.
Masters Degree in Business Administrative and Data Analysis / Data Science related subject
Eager to stay on the edge of knowledge & know-how as regards machine learning / deep learning technologies, self-learning profile.
Strong ability to simplify / synthesize information
Expertise in SQL development using stored procedures & frameworks.
Experience working with large-scale data processing and storage as well as coding with Python scripting
Demonstrate problem solving skills in a consultative sales-helpdesk environment
Willingness and ability to develop strong relationships of trust with inside sales and their management organisation
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Must have strong analytical skills to evaluate and lead informed, results-oriented decision making, accurate, with particular attention to detail
Enthusiasm for working with data, exploring patterns, and deriving insights from complex datasets.
Enjoyment of solving complex problems and an ability to approach challenges with a data-driven perspective
Language: English mandatory, Spanish preferable but not essential
