Role Description & Responsibilities 

  • Understand Customer Business Requirements, Scenarios, Use Cases, Users Experience needs.
  • Taking charge of the software system design, implementation and delivery of technical solutions of IPE solutions.
  • Write and describe the specifications in technical terms: select the algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used. Plan the appropriate user interface. Identify and manage dependencies with other components. Document these selections in the Detailed Technical Specifications.
  • Develop code functions and Test Scripts in respect of quality rules defined by the Software Architect.
  • Capitalize on project deliverables and best practice to ensure reusability. Able to advocate and influence GEO worldwide to adhere to the best practice. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • More than 6 years of experience working in technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development and deployment
  • Bonus: knowledge of 3DS products (DELMIA Quintiq) and technologies knowledge products especially Rail, Workforce & Logistics planning & optimization
