·         Understand customer business requirements, scenarios, use cases, and user experience needs

·         Develop code functions and unitary tests while adhering to quality rules

·         Write an operation guide explaining the deployment of the software components

·         Analyze and correct reported issues, and execute software changes aligned with R&D strategies

·         Assess, develop, upgrade, and document upgrade and maintenance procedures for system environments and applications software

·         Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability

·         Understanding of software architecture models

·         Ability to create software design

·         Proficiency in developing automated software tests

·         Utilization of software libraries

·         conducting performance tests

·         Analyzing software specifications

·         Developing software prototypes

·         Proficient in computer programming

·         Proficient in Japanese and English

Technical Skills:

·         Knowledge of web application development

·         Proficiency in Java programming
