Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Lead customer business transformation with sales team using Dassault Systèmes' business framework, Value Engagement.
  • Leverage industry experience, knowledge, expertise and industry solutions to support customer business transformation.
  • Collaborate with sales team to create business opportunities and develop strategies for each customer.
  • Collect requirements for customer business transformation, assemble Brand team members, and lead projects.
  • Collaborate with IS team, partners, and C&SI to ensure products are delivered to customers.
  • Work with R&D team to support product improvement requests and issues.
  • Main scope is "Metal&Mineral" and "Oil&Gas" industry.

Qualifications

  • Motivation to lead account activities as a technical leader
  • Experience in project lead
  • Fluent business communication
  • English and Japanese conversation and read/write
  • Experience to make presentations to customers
  • Experience in technical sale and in DX about business processes id good to have
