Role Description & Responsibilities

The Industry Process Consultant's mission is to reveal and demonstrate to customers how to maximize the value of the Industry Process portfolio by applying the Value Engagement framework. Through IFWE Loop, he/she drives customers to address their business transformation by re-engineering their processes, leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE platform Industry Processes.

  • The Industry Process Consultant masters 3DEXPERIENCE platform usage and value through Industry Processes. He/she understands how the products fulfill the business needs. The Industry Process Consultant contributes to increasing the deal size, accelerate deal signature and secures successful go-live.
  • The Industry Process Consultant is also able to articulate the overall 3DEXPERIENCE platform value.
  • The Industry Process Consultant contributes to the execution of the Value Engagement activities and deliverables, according to the different phases, with a specific focus on gate reviews.
  • The Industry Process Consultant can articulate value, based on identified KPIs and KVIs, using storylines based on the Customer Value Model and adapting them to the audience, whether it is a User, a Process Owner or a Business Owner
  • The Industry Process Consultant will: master 3DEXPERIENCE platform usage and understand the value through Industry Processes linked to customers business process to be able to articulate the value to our customers support brand target initiatives for both direct sales accounts and our distribution partners with specific domain expertise as a domain expert such as CATIA Design & Engineering collaborate closely with the DS internal ecosystem and capitalizing on-the-field activities
  • Become a domain expert and learn / pull information from HQ and share the up-to-date information to sales, industry process consultant for other brands where important & necessary.
  • Think out of box and be creative to imagine how our best practice will enable customer business process transform and be a communication enabler to convince customers of different levels and functions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and usage experience with 3D modeling software
  • Ability to collaborate with others and build trust relationship with others
  • Ability to learn new technology, information, method & processes
  • Decision Making with considering various aspects and by sorting relevant & non-relevant information
  • Effective communication to get different stakeholders on the same page
  • Real customer oriented approach – being able to approach consultatively
  • Business level of Japanese and English is necessarily to communicate with client in daily operation
