We are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Milan office within the Services team. The role focuses on analyzing innovative solutions within our brand DELMIA Digital Manufacturing Solution, to deliver value to customers and ensure project success.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Define and propose a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution, enabling the customer to achieve business objectives leveraging 3DS Know How and technologies powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and DELMIA Digital Manufacturing Solution.
  • Challenge and optimize customer business processes to drive transformation and value creation.
  • Define a Global Solution Architecture, leveraging 3DS expertise to meet customer objectives while ensuring feasibility and efficient delivery.
  • Foster alignment among 3DS teams to create a shared vision of the solution architecture and ensure project success.
  • Ensure the delivered solution is aligned with the Scope of Work (SoW) and meets customer expectations.
  • Lead workshops with customers to analyze and map AS-IS processes and use cases and to propose TO-BE processes and perform a gap analysis between 3DS solutions and customer needs.
  • Act as the main communicator between the customer and internal teams, including programmers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and system integrators.
  • The Solution engineering by promoting CLOUD solution first from Dassault Systèmes, considering the market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT system integration or process engineering within the Manufacturing Execution domain (Material management will be considered a big plus)
  • Expertise in Manufacturing Solutioning, including Fit-Gap analysis
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and business processes.
  • Functional understanding of solution elements such as EBOM, MBOM, Bill of Process, and Work Instructions
  • Basic familiarity with ERP, APS, MOM, and MES systems
  • Solid knowledge of PLM with a focus on Industrialization and Technology Processes
  • Basic knowledge of CAD and CAM software
  • Familiarity with data migration processes and ICT systems analysis
  • Availability and willingness to travel
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
