Our Transportation & Mobility team at SIMULIA focuses on supporting pre-sales and engaging with customers across the full simulation portfolio, with a special focus on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
Role Description & Responsibilities
• You'll work on cutting-edge projects in aerodynamics, thermodynamics, or aeroacoustics
• You'll master SIMULIA's advanced fluid simulation tools like PowerFLOW or integrated RANS solvers
• You'll manage complete simulation workflows from geometry preparation to technical reporting
• You'll help validate new methodologies and optimize existing processes
• You'll collaborate with customers on service projects, applying your expertise to solve real challenges
Qualifications
• You're pursuing a Master's in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, CFD, Physics, or related field
• You understand the science behind Fluid Dynamics, Aerodynamics, and Thermodynamics
• You've worked with CFD tools and know your way around pre/post-processing (bonus points for PowerFLOW experience
• You code in Python and/or Shell scripting to solve real problems
• You can handle CAD tools like CATIA or SolidWorks
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and neural networks? That's a plus!
• You're genuinely interested in automotive applications, especially when it comes to aerodynamics or aeroacoustics
