DELMIA, a brand of Dassault Systèmes, is looking for an Industry Process Consultant (IPC) to join our Services department to design, deliver, and deploy world-class software solutions for our customers in manufacturing and supply chain in a variety of industries using DELMIA Quintiq.
DELMIA Quintiq is an application suite that enables our customers to solve the most complex puzzles in planning and scheduling, providing an impressive portfolio of functionalities and optimization solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
- Align between our implementation team and key customer stakeholders, up to C-level
- Identify & map customer’s requirements, their impact on the business processes and KPIs
- Maximize solution value for the customer by mapping the AS-IS and defining the TO-BE processes
- Set the direction of the project team to configure functionality in line with customer requirements, processes, and expectations
- Deliver a successful project within scope, timeline, and budget
- Demonstrate configured solutions to the customer, with a focus on the value for the customer
- Be the customer’s trusted advisor on our solutions during development and in daily operation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied mathematics, operations research, industrial engineering, business, supply chain management, computer science, econometrics, or a similar discipline
- Strong affinity with industry processes and solutions, passion for technology (educational and/or professional experience)
- Communicate with passion, team player, innovative, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible mindset
- Agile and comfortable working in a culturally diverse & matrix organization
- Rapid adaptation of new knowledge, practices, and processes
- Natural strong customer focus with a problem solving orientation
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities, often located within the UK and Benelux region
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Object-oriented programming background is desired
- Proven experience in a similar role, having a successful track record
- Demonstratable experience in DELMIA Quintiq software
- Relevant experience in the supply chain IT landscape is valuable
