FEA Pre-Processor Developer - C++

Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA division is seeking a software engineer to build world-class product for simulating Product, Nature & Life! As a part of our simulation applications development team, you will be involved in challenging and exciting projects.

This position is based in DS Solutions Lab Private Ltd, Pune.

Role & Responsibilities   

•               Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain efficient C++ applications.

•               Learn and apply software development methodologies and industry standards.

•               Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

•               Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and assist in identifying and implementing effective solutions.

•               Engage in an exciting global collaboration, working closely with talented teams spanning different geographical locations, to develop cutting-edge applications.

•               Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Role Description:

•               ME\MTech (Mech\CSE or related field) with excellent academic record of accomplishment.

•               2 - 5 years of experience in developing or using engineering simulation software.

•               Sound knowledge of mechanics, basic geometry and mathematical concepts, which will be applied in developing efficient algorithms and solutions.

•               Solid understanding of C++ or any other programming language.

•               Familiarity with software development methodologies, and best practices.

•               Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and principles.

•               Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

•               Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

•               Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow.

•               Experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.

•               Familiarity with engineering simulation software like Abaqus, is a plus.
