Facilities Specialist

Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the office, greeting staff and guests and managing incoming calls and correspondence.
• Coordinate facilities management tasks including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing goods and services, managing purchase orders, and monitoring budgets and expenditures.
• Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Manager, including reporting on staff seating systems, sustainability, and other facilities functions as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a facilities or administrative role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Details:

• Office based role in the CBD of Perth WA
• Permanent Part Time: 22hrs per week / 4 x 5.5hr days / 9am – 2:30pm
