Job Description & Role Responsibilities
A focal point in charge of the 3DEXPERIENCE Works(cloud) business. Be instrumental in the transformation and enablement of the Partner to achieve the cloud Sales Plan. he/she will be in charge of the following steps of execution in 3DEPERIENCE Works(cloud) business.
- Classify 3DEXPERIENCE Works(Cloud) customers to provide proper enablement and support to improve cloud utilization.
- Designing the go-to-market strategy in order to support, guide and bring sales & client data insights to ensure its compliance with Dassault Systèmes’ growth strategy
- Co-Designing with the Partner capacity and Skills validation to support the Transformation in the Sales plan and Capacity & skill alignment
- Develop Marketing plan to generate leads and support the sales effort
- Provide insights on 3DEXPERIENCE Works business to Sales Expert Management (GEO LEADERs) regularly
- Monitor pace of adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE Works on clients side in order to ensure subscription.
- Emphasize the need for reference casing and work with Partners to secure these stories
- Review pipeline with the Partner to Plan actions to trigger Value Up activities regularly
- As a consequence, drive 3DEXPERIENCE frequent enablement sessions with Partner teams to establish continuity of mindshare
- Recruit new partner who can expand our territory in 3DEXPERIENCE works(cloud)business and lead their on-boarding process
- Marketing plan to generate leads and support the sales effort
Qualifications
- Min. 5 yrs (up to 10 yrs) of direct/indirect sales experiences in SW industry (especially solution/platform or CAD/CAM product)
- Pro-active, result-oriented and aggressive attitude & mindset as sales person
- Excellent & persuasive communication skill
- English proficiency in business level
- Multi-national company experience will be a plus
