Intellectual Property
Protecting the company’s intellectual assets, including our intellectual property and that of our customers and partners, is an essential component of Dassault Systèmes’ Code of Business Conduct.
License Compliance
Software piracy is highly damaging to the software industry. Not only is it destroying jobs, but it's also putting business at risk due to the use of pirated versions of software resulting in security breaches, data loss or incompatibility – all potentially harmful in a production environment.
Dassault Systèmes is proactively protecting its assets and fighting software piracy through an anti-piracy and compliance program, in order to deter incidents of piracy and bring, whenever possible, illegal users into compliance.
Branding Guidelines
It is imperative that a global brand like Dassault Systèmes’ has global consistency. This means that regardless of where you are in the world, you always see a consistent look, feel and language around our brand. Our brand guidelines were created to ensure just that.
These guidelines should be used by all Dassault Systèmes employees, as well as all of our vendors or partners who are helping us create visual assets.
