Dassault Systèmes’ ethics and compliance governance system relies on an Ethics Committee and a Business Ethics and Compliance department. The mission of the Ethics and Compliance Committee is to promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and to support the Company and its operating leaders in their commitment to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Vigilance Plan
The vigilance plan aims to set out the reasonable measures of vigilance put in place within the Company to identify risks of and prevent severe impacts on human rights, fundamental freedoms, human health and safety and the environment.
