What is Your Health Console?
Your Health Console provides a focused view of your 3DEXPERIENCE platform health with ongoing visibility into events affecting applications running on your 3DEXPERIENCE platform(s).
We recommend that you sign in to view Your Health Console and stay informed about events that can affect your 3DEXPERIENCE platform(s).
The public health console is still available and does not require a separate sign-in. It shows public events by region, which aren’t specific to any account.
What will you find in Your Health Console?
- "Live" status: Displays information about ongoing events.
- "Today" status: Displays information about events that occurred during the current day.
- "History": Displays information about events that happened during the past 90 days.
For each incident, regular communications are published to inform of resolution progress. You can also retrieve in history, the complete thread of communications that has been published for a past incident.
Who can access Your Health Console?
All 3DEXPERIENCE platform users can login to Your Health Console with their 3DEXPERIENCE platform credentials.
How to access Your Health Console?
- Open https://www.3ds.com/support/cloud (Public console is displayed)
- Click the Your Health Console button at the bottom middle of the public console
- Log in with your 3DEXPERIENCE platform credentials
