Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Compensation Management contributes to the IF WE ENGAGE macro process by providing Sales compensation guidance and delivering plans to Value Engagement teams on time.

  • Monitor Sales & Services Compensation Plan (SCP) distribution process
  • Ensure compliance with the Sales & Services Compensation Guidance in place, challenge request for deviations documenting clearly the rational and request for approval for sales leaders if needed
  • Compute and validate quarterly advances & final payouts to sales & Services employees and send payroll request
  • Validate the compensation plans of the GEO Customer Value Engagement leaders and their first-line Managers against the GEO sales quotas
  • Compute and validate individual sales & services results
  • Compute sales & services employees commissions
  • Validate SPIF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) and compute amount to be paid
  • Manage and document Windfall Reviews and Fair Treatments with local management
  • Participate to the definition of (Y+1) SCP Guidance
  • Request tool and process evolutions and participate in tool enhancement testing
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes by ensuring correct documentation to facilitate the audit trail
  • Ensure a timely response to requests for explanations/corrections submitted by employees (ticket management)
  • Manage SCP integration for new acquisitions

 

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years’ experience, experience on sales compensation is a plus
  • Software industry knowledge
  • Data sensitive
  • People with order management &sales ops experience is also fine.
  • Excellent English skill
