QustomWeld – This product is used to generate finite element models within Abaqus/CAE to simulate the process of welding. Advanced heat applications such as the Goldak and Conical fluxes are available for simulating beam and deposition welds. Complex welding scenarios involving multiple robots, each with multiple welds, can be easily managed within QustomWeld. All necessary tools within Abaqus are generated automatically by QustomWeld, so editing of the input file is needed by the user.

WoundSim – This product is used to generate finite element models within Abaqus/CAE to simulate the behavior of Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels (COPVs). It uses to tabular input to generate the geometry of the COPV with the proper thickness buildup and wind angle distributions. The tool automates the creation of the all the features of a COPV model and provides specialized tools for post-processing.
