Job Description & Responsibilities
Performance Management:
- Coach People Managers to set performance objectives that effectively align employee performance with the objective framework, clarify specific expectations, and what will be measured.
- Reinforce the need for timely and constructive feedback continuously throughout the year including mid-year review
- Support and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and Management Improvement Plan (MIP, based on GPTW results)
Career development and mobility:
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees in the understanding and execution of the mobility process
- Provide guidance to managers and employees to support them in the definition of the career development objective and the action plan to implement to reach the goal
- Support My Journey requests and ensure completion of Development Review meetings
- Support Managers in defining retention plans for key profiles
- Develop initiatives to promote career development opportunities
- Review role change requests in Scope of Work outside of 3O process, in connection with local legal obligation
- Work with People Managers to identify potential gaps in term of skills or performance in their organization and partner with Learn & Grow to implement effective employee and manager development initiatives
People Master Plan (PMP): partner with Managers on PMP processes to ensure consistency across organization.
- Facilitate, monitor and analyze consistency in the delivery of the PMP process to align with global guidelines for CLG, Performance rating, ACR, VPP, TCM, Business Titles, Compass objectives & results
- Develop PMP training materials and content proposals, set up and deliver sessions, communicate materials
- Train new People Manager on PMP activities
Recognition:
- Promote our recognition and reward strategy
Off-boarding:
- Manage exit interview and provide attrition insights (turnover analysis),
- Manage involuntary termination process related to Performance issues
