Description

We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the release of BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot Chemistry 2020 Hot Fix 1, which includes the following:

Fixed Defects

PCHE-7883: Ported fix to Bond setStereo() method in Java PPChem SDK from 2021 release to the 2020 release. Now the method correctly assigns the specified stereo state (Up, Down, Cis, Trans) instead of changing the bond type (Single, Double, Triple).

Operating System

All Operating Systems supported for BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot Chemistry SDK 2020

Resolution

BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot Chemistry 2020 Hot Fix 1 was released on March 6, 2020, and is available from BIOVIA Support.
