This notice is related to Dassault Systèmes (DS) Support Lifecycle policy in relation to Microsoft Windows operating systems on which DS is providing support services for its softwares. This notice is provided for information purpose only. DS, in its sole discretion and with no notice, may at any time, revise, modify, remove or alter any of the following information (such as but not limited to any functionality or product plan) provided in this communication.
Microsoft announce that Support for Windows 10 will end in October 2025 : after October 14, 2025, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or technical support for Windows 10; Microsoft recommend to move to Windows 11.
The supply of Dassault Systèmes Support Services for its software products is conditioned upon the third party vendor maintenance and support policy (including, but not limited to, the lifecycle policy).
This applies to Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Consequently to Microsoft announcement, Dassault Systèmes’s intention is to stop providing Support Services on Windows 10 after October 14,2025 (according to DS support services policy detailed on www.3ds.com/terms/support-policies ).
In any and all cases, Dassault Systèmes has no obligation and no responsibility to provide maintenance and Support Services on third party Platforms. The Customer remains solely responsible for the choice, deployment and use of any third party Platforms. Customer remains fully responsible to maintain continuous support arrangements, relationship and contacts with third party providers of any elements and/or Platform(s) to determine issues related to third party provider's products.
Customer shall only be supported for certified Platform listed here. If your hardware is not certified with Microsoft Windows 11, please address your request to your preferred hardware vendor.
