DELMIA Quintiq License Request Tool

The License Request Tool has been developed to make it possible to request a Quintiq license before having any installation in place and enables users to request a new license without starting the installation routine or using the Quintiq Configuration Utility. It automatically creates a template license request, gathering the needed information from your hardware.

After downloading the tool, you can launch it by double-clicking. The License Request Tool automatically creates a template for your license request, which contains the necessary information about your hardware for the issuance of the license. You can click on the ‘Create Support Request’ button or you can copy the template to your clipboard using the corresponding Copy to clipboard button and put it manually in the support request you create in DsxClientCare.

Before sending the license request, please adapt the information by leaving the information that fits your situation and remove the other options for each question.

  • Type of license request: [New sitekey / Existing sitekey] If you are installing Quintiq on a new machine you will need a new sitekey. Choose existing sitekey if you want to extend a license with additional users or modules.
  • Sitekey: [xxxxxx / n.a.] only needed if you answered existing sitekey above.
  •  Quintiq Version: [5.5, 5.6, other (please specify)]
  •  Hardware ownership information: [Partner / Customer]
  • Type of environment: [Live / Test / Other]
  • Type of license: [Temporary / Permanent]

After submitting the support request in DSxClient Care, you will receive a confirmation for the support ticket. Customer Support will send you an e-mail containing the sitekey and the license activation XML.
