Supplier Requirements
Supplier Requirements are described in our Sustainable Charter with Suppliers, including Ethics and Compliance, Working conditions and Human Rights, Environmental Impacts, Sustainable Procurement and Innovation.
Conflict of Interest
Suppliers must be free from any conflicts of interest. If a Supplier feels that they have an actual or potential conflict with Dassault Systèmes or any of its employees, Suppliers must promptly disclose such conflict to 3DS Chief Procurement Officer at finance.procurement@3ds.com and/or to the Dassault Systèmes Compliance Department at people.ethicscommittee@3ds.com.
Suppliers may notify Dassault Systèmes of Ethics, Compliance, Environmental and Social concerns under the same conditions as those provided for Dassault Systèmes employees.
If Suppliers suspect or have knowledge of misconduct, they are encouraged to report it to Dassault Systèmes Compliance Department. They may report such a breach (together with supporting information) to the Compliance Department at the Dassault Systèmes whistleblowing procedure email address: people.ethicscommittee@3ds.com
Becoming a Dassault Systemes Supplier
Dassault Systèmes' Sourcing strategy leans on the implementation of competitive RFPs. The Suppliers are selected according to various criteria including but not limited to:
- Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Supplier's innovation and creativity
- Quality and completeness of the solution
- Understanding of Dassault Systèmes: culture, ecosystem, values,...
- Conformity with RFP
- Credentials
- Contractual commitments
- Sustainability
