Wrapper Component for AVL BOOST™, CRUISE™, CRUISE™ M, EXCITE™, FIRE™, Model.CONNECT™
With the AVL AST Isight component, the user can integrate models of the AVL simulation products BOOST™, CRUISE™, CRUISE™ M, EXCITE™, FIRE™, Model.CONNECT™ into Isight process flows. The component provides access to scalar design variables and responses, which are previously defined for the respective model in BOOST™, CRUISE™, CRUISE™ M, EXCITE™, FIRE™, Model.CONNECT™. For each design iteration, the component can transfer the current values of the design variables to the AVL product. In addition, it can execute the specified simulation process including all defined pre- and postprocessing and read back the response data to Isight.

An Isight Component to Get Best Fit Models Automatically from Model Modification and Analysis
It reads/writes SolidWorks models and extracts CAD feature parameters to write out onto files. In addition, it reads SolidWorks simulation files, updates feature parameters, and executes analysis. It supports linear static analysis and enables the study of the analysis output.

An Isight Component to Get Best Fit Models Automatically from Model Modification and Analysis
MACROS for Isight provides advanced approximation (GT Approx) and optimization (GT Opt) techniques within Isight. It implements a concept to facilitate user interaction with the tool in terms of the properties of the problem that are important and clear to them. It does not require dealing with low-level details of the algorithm that is irrelevant or unfamiliar to the user. A special heuristic makes this possible- GT Approx and GT Opt automatically and adaptively select the best method for user specified problem.
GT Approx includes a wide range of state-of-the-art approximation techniques (for example, Splines, Linear Regression, Kriging, etc.) and original techniques developed by DATADVANCE (for example, High Dimensional Approximation, Sparse Gaussian Processes, Tensor Approximation, etc.).
GT Opt also includes a range of well-known optimization methods and original efficient algorithms (Primal Sequential Quadratically Constrained Quadratic Programming, Adaptive Filter Sequential Quadratic Programming, Multi-objective gradient based Optimal Descent, Large-Scale Surrogate Based Optimization, etc.)
Advanced numerical methods, implemented in MACROS for Isight, allow solving very challenging problems faster and without many tuning options.

Exchanges Transmission Design and Analysis Data Between MASTA and Isight
MASTA is a single, integrated software system that provides a unique environment for the design and analysis of transmissions and axles. You can use the MASTA interface component to map Isight parameter values to MASTA component values and vice versa. You can execute analyses and map analysis based MASTA values to Isight parameter values allowing, for example, design optimization or to perform a manufacture tolerance sensitivity analysis.

Exa’s PowerFLOW Component Provides an Automated Process for Generating Geometric Perturbations & Simulating with the PowerFLOW Suite for Simulation-Driven Design.
The PowerFLOW component is ideal to execute Exa software in an Isight workflow, including PowerDELTA, PowerCASE, PowerFLOW and PowerINSIGHT. Isight users can drive all geometric and boundary condition parameters designated within PowerDELTA & PowerCASE models and retrieve all response parameters within the PowerINSIGHT project.
In the PowerFLOW component user interface, you can extract design (input) and response (output) parameters definitions automatically into Isight, ready to use with any process component. The user can choose the PowerFLOW workflow steps to execute, user-defined commands as needed, and more options used to execute the PowerFLOW simulation tools. Upon execution of the workflow, the PowerFLOW component handles all file management for the selected PowerFLOW workflow steps.
