慧舟软件技术(上海)有限公司—成立于2005年，是与日本东证一部上市公司ARGO GRAPHICS INC. 共同出资组建的一家中日合资企业。致力于面向制造业提供数字化解决方案等技术服务，年销售额约1.5亿人民币。总部设在上海，并在广州、武汉、北京、成都、大连、青岛、合肥、西安等地设有分公司与办事处，员工近150余人。
慧舟软件是达索系统在大中华区的合作伙伴，亦是达索系统EPP教育培训及考试认证合作伙伴。目前公司已与500多家客户保持长期稳固的合作关系，行业覆盖汽车及零部件、工业设备、航空航天、基础设施、船舶海工、电子和高科技等多个领域。
D&A TECHNOLOGY SHANGHAI CO LTD. was established in 2005 as a Sino-Japanese joint venture with ARGO GRAPHICS INC. which is listed on the Japanese TSE. It focuses on providing digital solutions and other technical services for the manufacturing industry, with annual sales of about 150 million RMB. Headquartered in Shanghai, the company has branches and offices in Guangzhou, Wuhan, Beijing,Chengdu, Dalian, Qingdao, Hefei, Xi'an,and other places, and employs nearly 150 people.
D&A is the partner of Dassault Systèmes in Greater China, as well as Dassault Systèmes' EPP education partner and examination & certification partner. At present, the company has maintained a long-term and stable relationship with
