Allegorithmic and Dassault Systèmes’ 3DVIA Team Up for Online Realism
Paris, France, June 26, 2007- Dassault Systèmes (DS) (Nasdaq: DASTY; Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, today announced a new partnership with Allegorithmic, an innovative developer of procedural textures, creation, and publication software. Allegorithmic’s technology will be integrated in DS’s 3DVIA online platform and services. Users will be able to apply lifelike textures to 3D virtual objects and environments, with an unrivalled level of realism. This is ideal for use in areas such as publishing and sharing 3D over the Web.
