Integrate global factory systems with DELMIA Apriso
We're dedicated to dominating the infrastructure solutions market on a worldwide scale. Our company is speeding up the digital transformation of our operations and products. To achieve this, we looked at a platform solution for global production integration that unifies the operation of every plant in Incheon, Gunsan, and China, digitizes manufacturing data from design to production, links and analyzes data within each plant in real time. We needed a solution that would allow for a smooth system integration while also maintaining MES solution, DELMIA Apriso.
We have launched Dassault Systèmes' of Hyundai Doosan Infracore which provides integrated operation and management of global production considering the information connection with the previously released '3DEXPERIENCE platform' of Dassault Systèmes. We consider it to have been a critical goal to integrate MES solutions with factories in Incheon, Gunsan, and China. The Gunsan and Chinese factories rolled out MES after it had been stabilized at the Incheon factory, and via the implementation of One-Core management across all factories, it was simple to share best practices internationally.
By integrating MES solutions from factories in Incheon, Gunsan, and China into DELMIA Apriso, we were able to quickly respond to changing situations by analyzing and sharing information about the entire process.

By using the RTLS (Real Time Tracking System) system, specifications are identified in real time as the vehicle arrives, and the relevant work instructions are automatically given, increasing efficiency and reducing the issue of mis-assembled sites. Quick action and analysis for quality abnormalities became available in the existing quality control by controlling sections that could be missed by handwriting input along with 2D/3D photos through DELMIA Apriso. This digital information can be used for future quality improvement.
From material warehousing to picking and shipping, the logistics operation component digitizes and shares all information, enabling real-time responses from the perspective of customer delivery.
