Implementation Consultant - Specification Writer (Rave Classic/Rave EDC)

In Medidata, we are currently seeking a skilled Medidata Rave EDC/Rave Classic Study design specialist (Specification Writer) to join our talented team and contribute to draft the specifications for Custom Development Activities in Medidata CIS Team.

This position can be based in Pune and Bangalore, India

Role Description & Responsibilities

Client Facing Role
IC/Business Analyst is needed to gather business/client requirements and author client facing specification for Custom reports and Custom data extracts.
Lead specification review sessions between client, professional services, development, and quality control resources.
Provide consultation/support for test step creation to QC team.
Provide consultation/support for testers and developers to understand business requirements.

Qualifications

4-6 years Clinical/Life Science Experience
4-6 years Business Analyst or Implementation Consult experience working with study set up, study conduct, data management, reporting and/or data extracts.
Focus on requirements gathering & technical writing.
Competent in SQL methodologies
Competent in Reporting methodologies
Rave Classic/Rave EDC experience
Computer Engineering major or minor is a plus.

What’s in it for you

· Get an understanding of Rave Data Model – how data flows from Rave Application to Backend.

· Ensure to share the draft spec content to Developer, QC

· Analyze and create test case possible scenarios.

· Add all possible scenario test data – if requested.

· Explain or resolve the issues/clarification during the Development, QC, and UAT
